StormSack

The Fabco StormSack is a versatile catch basin insert that can protect a storm sewer from trash and yard waste. StormSack is equipped with a hydrocarbon boom to absorb oil and prevent small leaks from entering the Storm sewer.

How It Works

The StormSack fame is made to fit each individual catchbasin on a project. The StormSack geotextile allows high flowrates, with by-pass capability, captures trash and sediment carried by the storm runoff. The StormSack is lined with an HDPE Geogrid, providing reinforcement to allow the StormSack to be maintained via a vactor truck. The internal hydrocarbon absorption boom will absorb light oil spills, protecting the storm sewers from contamination.
